The itineraries vary depending on location.Bannatyne?s Health and Fitness Clubs: 30 locations across the UK. Upon arrival you will be given a tour of the facilities which you may use throughout the day; these vary with location but typically include pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna. Each participant will receive a 30 minute Elemis facial and a 25 minute Swedish back massage.  Marriott Health Clubs: This package is offered at over 15 Marriott Hotels across the UK. Upon arrival you will be given a tour of the facilities which you may use throughout the day. Each participant will receive either a back, neck and shoulder massage, an express manicure or a facial (participants may not both have the same treatment).Dove Spas: This package is available at over 20 locations across the UK.
